About Mandi

I am a proud lifelong resident of Tangipahoa Parish and the daughter of local entrepreneurs, David and Barbara Franks, who taught me the value of hard work and building meaningful connections. The lessons I’ve learned from them about business and real estate have helped me excel in creating trusting relationships with my clients.

After 14 years working in the medical field, I decided to pursue my lifelong dream of a career in real estate. That decision has led me to become an award-winning real estate agent, recognized for my dedication to clients and my passion for helping others achieve their goals. The skills I developed in the medical field—such as attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving—have translated seamlessly into serving my clients in real estate.

I enjoy spending time with my two sons, Joseph and Jack, as well as my friends and family. I love attending concerts, festivals, and LSU tailgating during football season. I’m also a big Chicago Cubs fan, an avid traveler, and a Key West enthusiast. When I’m home, I enjoy relaxing on the Tickfaw River, visiting Orange Beach, and staying active at my gym,North Cypress Fitness Center, in Hammond, LA.

I am passionate about giving back to my community and am a proud supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and an advocate for domestic violence awareness. One of my goals is to open a free shelter in Tangipahoa Parish to support survivors and their children.
